Paper Mullat

Storm season in Catalonia. You are the duty officer on the night shift, and someone has to decide who gets woken up.

Reports land on your desk all night: town halls, river gauges, forecasts, 112 calls and a livestreamer's chat. Some are wrong, some are out of date and some are lies. Drag each one to ALERT for its county, or FILE it. Every false alarm costs you credibility, and every missed flood costs much more.

This is an early alpha: rules and balance will change, and saved games may not carry over to the next version. Your feedback is very welcome in the comments.

Fiction: the agency, media, parties and people are made up. The game deals with floods, emergencies and casualties (nothing graphic).

Controls

Mouse: drag reports onto the big buttons. Keyboard: Space takes the next report, A alert, X file, 1-7 open the desk objects, Esc menu. Best played in fullscreen on a computer.
